Re: Treadmill walking
I am impressed.
Great efforts and thanks Ems for stepping up to do this.
Your efforts support us all in a very big way and it means a lot to me.
Since we have been neglecting our dietary needs lately (I take equal responsibility for that) I think treadmill time should stay capped at 3km and remain at a minimum of 45 mins to cover that distance. Also not more than 5 days per week please.
We will review as health improves and I will be doing treadmill as well.
Big thumbs up from me.

Re: Treadmill walking
2 km at about 30 minutes, i accidentaly pushed stop instead of pause to save the mannequins wig from the dog ugh, once i was off I stayed off lol. Its going to be a long slow process to undo all the negatives I did to my health when I was in self destruct mode. I cry over lots of pathetic things at the mo. Like that my partners declarations of love never include saying my name, I wish I could push the off button on my thinking box. Well I obviously can't. M.I.A. is there to enforce life and the only choice I've got is to slowly build up a list of positives. aye.
